Support Program for Digital Transformation of MMSP 2023

The Center for Digital Transformation (CDT), in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia, is issuing a public call for companies to apply for the new "2023 Digital Transformation Support Program for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises" and to improve their business operations by introducing modern digital tools with the assistance of certified digital transformation consultants (ISO 17024). All companies with between 5 and 249 employees that meet the other conditions detailed on the CDT website are eligible to participate.

Participants in the consulting program will receive exceptional benefits, such as:

A free Expert Analysis prepared by experienced and certified consultants, which presents the current state of the company as well as areas in business operations that need improvement;
Work on a detailed development strategy for the company in key areas through digital transformation;
A non-refundable grant from the Center for Digital Transformation of up to 6,000 euros, which matches the amount the company is ready to invest in its digital transformation, for example, through the purchase of appropriate software or hardware;
Supervision of the implementation process itself – after the strategy has been aligned and agreed upon between the company and the consultant – by experienced consultants.

The public call is open until the amount of requested non-refundable funds exceeds the amount of available funds for the implementation of the 2023 Program.
