Pilot Project

The Pilot project established mechanisms to support the introduction of digital tools into all aspects of company operations. One of the first steps toward establishing a support model for digital transformation, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises, was the creation of a network of consultants with knowledge and experience in processes related to the digital transformation of overall business operations.

The Center for Digital Transformation provided completely free consulting services to companies as part of the Pilot project, with consultants knowledgeable and experienced in processes related to digitizing overall business operations. Out of over 200 companies that applied for the program, 40 companies went through the consulting program and the development of strategic documents. Certified consultants produced 42 expert analyses and 21 digital strategies in 2018.
