Program for 2019

The program to support the digital transformation of MSMEs for the year 2019 was designed based on the experience gained from implementing the Pilot Project for Digital Transformation, conducted in 2018 by the Center for Digital Transformation with the support of GIZ and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia. During 2018, the Center conducted a public survey of companies regarding their understanding of the digital transformation process.

The goal of the 2019 program is to establish a clear infrastructure to support MSMEs in the process of digital transformation. One of the key prerequisites for success and the full effect of digital transformation is the introduction of new business models and business principles based on available digital tools.

Mentors are professionals with extensive experience in their fields. They have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that arise in business management and technological industries. They are ready to share their knowledge, experience, and strategies to help you in your professional development.

Mentorship sessions are designed to be flexible and adaptable. Each session typically lasts 1 or 2 hours and is held on a weekly basis. This regular engagement ensures that you receive ongoing guidance and support, allowing you to continually progress towards your goals.

To ensure a high-quality mentoring experience, it is necessary to apply as a team of up to three members. We encourage you to submit an inquiry highlighting your specific needs, goals, and aspirations. Our team will carefully review each application and select the most suitable mentor from our extensive pool of experts.
