The COVID-19 pandemic has particularly impacted micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) as sales and operations have been reduced to limited working hours, necessitating employees to work from home wherever possible. Many companies are not prepared to quickly transition their core activities and business processes to online channels.

As an immediate response to this situation, the Center for Digital Transformation (CDT), in collaboration with the German Development Cooperation implemented by GIZ, has developed an emergency support program for MSMEs in Serbia. The SPEED program offers a two-day free consultancy support for companies from all industries.

We organize product presentations for interested potential users and investors. Present your product or solution whether it is a fully developed product or in the Proof of Concept (PoC), prototype, or Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage.

Our team of experts analyzes the product and provides recommendations on potential partners as well as the most effective applications. We identify traditional companies that would benefit from or invest in further product development. We also provide support in presenting the product in the best possible way, and our expert team offers legal and business assistance in establishing partnerships with users and during further product development.
