The Center for Digital Transformation is launching a new series of hands-on one-day workshops – from January 2026.
Digital transformation doesn't wait. You?
Start the change in one day. Our workshops are designed to change the way you work tomorrow – without theory gathering dust, without exams that create pressure. Only specific knowledge and skills that you immediately apply in practice with a minimum of theory focused on real risks and threats, i.e. benefits and how to manage the risks of applying digital technologies in different business segments. The series of workshops will cover basic knowledge in the field of technologies, new business models, business improvement, digital marketing, digital financial management, legal aspects of technology regulation and other areas needed to reduce operating costs and improve labor and production productivity.
A special innovation in this series of workshops is the fact that CDT will also support the Serbian start-up Refine, which specializes in supporting your learning and training process. Refine is an AI-based platform for hands-on training and skill development through personalized 6-minute micro-lessons and simulations, tailored to real-world problems and challenges from practice. After each workshop, all participants receive a discount on a one-month, two-month or three-month Refine course created directly based on the topics, presentations and examples from the workshop and on the basis of the preferred skills that participants want to acquire. Through micro-skills, scenarios and AI simulations, participants continue to apply and practice what they have learned even after the workshop is completed, in accordance with their role in the company, the industry they come from and their current level of knowledge. Refine allows a one-day workshop to grow into a consistent and measurable improvement.
