A little over two months since the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) launched a new digital service based on artificial intelligence, the INNO-VERSE platform, a large number of companies have shown interest in using it as an efficient service for improving and optimizing business processes.

In addition to the industry, the academic community and students see INNO-VERSE as an excellent tool to enhance research and develop innovations applicable in the economy using artificial intelligence.

What is INNO-VERSE?

INNO-VERSE is a digital platform based on artificial intelligence designed to facilitate and accelerate the connection of the industry with the latest IT solutions. It is intended to connect not only companies and startups but also scientific research institutions to create new projects and jobs.

INNO-VERSE is designed for a wide range of users, from students and young researchers of new technologies to scientists and university professors, as well as development centers within companies that are in a constant race to improve competitiveness and market positions.

To bring digitalization processes closer to the industry, PKS and the Center for Digital Transformation (CDT), in cooperation with regional chambers of commerce, are organizing the promotion of the INNO-VERSE platform across Serbia, as well as discussions and panel discussions with the business community on how companies see the future of business with the application of artificial intelligence. The platform has already been presented to businesses in the Niš, Pirot, Toplica, Rasina, Šumadija, and Pomoravlje administrative districts, and will be promoted at the Novi Sad Chamber of Commerce on June 24.

- It is evident that there is growing interest among the industry to use artificial intelligence to improve business. During all meetings and discussions with representatives of both large companies and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, there is visible great interest and enthusiasm for the solutions provided by the INNO-VERSE platform, as well as other digital services of PKS - said Dragan Tanasković, sales director of CDT.

- Our goal is to enrich this market with solutions based on the use of artificial intelligence and to help all companies educate themselves and apply innovative solutions. The INNO-VERSE platform offers exactly what modern companies need to stay competitive in the market - emphasized Tanasković, pointing out the importance of ethical and safety aspects of AI application, to ensure that solutions bring benefits and security to all users.

Nikola Bunjević, project manager at CDT, added that the INNO-VERSE platform provides companies with advanced tools for process optimization, innovative product development, and service personalization. He stressed the importance of government support and all relevant institutions in developing the AI sector, including mandatory subjects in schools and a national strategy.

New AI Digital Services in the Focus of PKS

In addition to the INNO-VERSE platform, PKS launched BizChat in March, a digital service based on artificial intelligence that provides entrepreneurs and companies with real-time information, 24 hours a week, quickly and easily. Through this service, it is possible to obtain information about chamber services, market analysis, business and investment conditions, labor market potential, and the educational system.

The Chamber and CDT, in cooperation with strategic partner Microsoft, are also working on introducing two new digital services based on artificial intelligence – Meeting Prep AI, a "digital agent" for meeting preparation, and Data Dialogue AI, a digital assistant "responsible" for analyzing all key elements in business.
