The Center for Digital Transformation successfully realized a two-day workshop "Generative Artificial Intelligence and Prompt Engineering", with a special focus on e-commerce.

The subject of the workshop was an in-depth overview of the development and functionality of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative Pretrained Transformers (GPT), which are the basis of modern Chat GPT tools. Advanced strategies and applications of these technologies in business processes were discussed, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and productivity.

The workshop program included a detailed analysis of the use of leading AI tools, including Open AI Chat GPT, custom GPT models, Google Bard, Anthropic Claude, Open AI DALL-E and Midjourney. Current trends in the AI industry, future development directions and long-term implications of generative Artificial Intelligence on workflows were discussed.

Tihomir Opačić, with an impressive career of over 25 years in software engineering, who has been working intensively for the last three years on the study and implementation of solutions from artificial intelligence, with special emphasis on tools in the field of generative artificial intelligence, shared his experiences and insights about the potential of AI technologies in solving complex business challenges. His expertise enabled participants to gain a deep understanding of the matter and practical skills for the effective application of AI tools.

The Center for Digital Transformation would like to thank Tihomir Opačić for his exceptional dedication and expertise, which he shared with the participants of the workshop, as well as all those present for their active participation.

This is just one of a series of events that CDT plans to organize in the future, with the aim of further research and promotion of artificial intelligence and its applications in various sectors. Follow us further and stay up to date with new events and workshops, as part of our joint mission to advance and integrate the latest technological advances.
