On November 20th, Belgrade will host the first conference in Serbia dedicated to artificial intelligence in tourism, organized by the Center for Digital Organization (CDT) at the Mona Plaza Hotel, under the name Fu:Tourism 2023. This event represents a turning point in the application of AI technologies in the tourism sector and provides a unique opportunity to learn about the latest trends and solutions.
The conference offers a series of dynamic panels with eminent experts from the industry, including Dubravko Ćulibrk, director of the AI Institute of Serbia, Ivan Vitorović, director of Mona Hospitality Management, Đorđe Krivokapić, professor of IT law (FON), Zoran Arsenović, general manager of KonTiki Travel & Service Ltd, Stefan Stešević, director of Montenegro Luxury Association, Biljana Marčeta, director of BOS4.tours, and many others.
Topics to be covered include demystifying data, legal aspects of artificial intelligence, best practices and experiences in the application of AI in domestic hotels and travel agencies.
Special focus will be on presentations of real AI solutions, with exhibitor booths demonstrating how their implementation can enhance business in tourism. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn about financial support programs for implementing AI in tourism.
The conference will also include AI Readiness sessions with CDT consultants, where participants can assess their company's readiness to introduce AI technologies.
