We are pleased to invite you to attend the workshop "Generative Artificial Intelligence and Prompt Engineering", with a special focus on banking, organized by the Center for Digital Transformation. The workshop is completely free and provides an excellent opportunity for all participants to get acquainted with the latest trends and technologies in the field of artificial intelligence at no cost.
The workshop will be held on March 28, 2024, starting at 10.00 am, in Hall 6.0 in CDT HUB, Kneza Miloša 12, Belgrade.
The workshop will inspire you, among other things:
- How to leverage generative AI to create a smart virtual assistant for loans.
- How AI virtual experts can help analyze massive documentation.
- How to use generative AI to create personalized materials for marketing and sales.
- How to use generative AI to onboard new employees.
- How to speed up the work of the call center and improve customer support.
What technologies will we be talking about?
The workshop will describe how large language models (LLM) and Generative Pretrained Taransformers (GPT) concepts are created and operated.
The following tools will be described: Open AI Chat GPT, Custom GPTs, Google Bard, Anthropic Claude, Open AI DALL-E and Midjourney with a focus on the application of these tools in everyday work.
There will be current developments and directions of development in the AI industry, as well as long-term expectations of what the work will look like when generative AI tools further advance.

The workshop does not require technical or programming skills and is intended for business owners, executives and employees of companies and working organizations.
Who runs the workshop?
Tihomir Opačić is a software engineer with over 25 years of experience. In addition to his rich experience in software development, Tihomir has a wealth of experience in the field of managing teams of people and running companies. He is the founder and co-owner of two companies - Orange Hill Development and Viking Code. He holds the position of Technical Director at the Dutch company Coding Chiefs.
His extensive experience in cooperation with numerous clients from different industry sectors gives him a special insight into the possibilities of using generative artificial intelligence to solve numerous business problems, improve employee efficiency and customer satisfaction with the products or services offered.
